You don't need anyone's permission to wear your pet's ashes. The rules that matter for jewelry are about moving ashes: postal services set their own conditions for mailing them, and airlines and borders sometimes ask questions. A simple order checklist
- Wait until you're ready. Ashes don't deteriorate, so a piece can be made whenever it feels right.
